The objective of Netchwood Finance Ltd. is to resolve any complaint by engaging with the client, using prompt and clear communication.


Netchwood takes pride in the solutions which it offers and in the professional service which it provides. If you have any issues with the service which you have received, we would like to hear about the circumstances, and we will try our best to resolve the matter.

We shall ascertain the background facts as quickly as possible and seek additional information from you as required.

If we conclude that a complaint is unjustified, we shall provide a full and clear explanation of the reasons for that conclusion.

If we find that we have made an error, we shall attempt to rectify the error promptly.

We will try to deal with any complaint which you may raise fairly and quickly, however, if you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint to the Office Holder, then the next stage is to refer the matter to the Insolvency Complaints Gateway at:
